Acceptance
By accessing or using the iVALT AgentFlow marketing website (the “Site”) or by creating or using an AgentFlow operator workspace through our dashboard, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or register for a workspace.
If you use AgentFlow on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. Additional commercial, security, or data processing terms may apply under a separate written agreement with your organization.
The Site and beta programs
The Site provides product information about iVALT AgentFlow and iVALT TrustLoop. It may offer forms to contact us or join beta programs. Beta software and evaluation workspaces are provided for testing and evaluation; features, availability, eligibility, and pricing may change without notice.
Workspace accounts and sign-up
You may register for an evaluation workspace by providing accurate registration information and completing email verification. You must keep your contact details current and safeguard access to your email and dashboard sessions.
You may not register using someone else’s email without permission, create multiple workspaces to evade limits or abuse controls, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights. We may suspend or terminate workspaces that are inactive, unverified, abusive, or otherwise risk the platform.
Workspace administrators may invite other operators to their tenant. You are responsible for invitations you send and for ensuring invitees are authorized to access your organization’s workspace.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site or platform in violation of applicable law.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other tenants’ data, probe or scan the Site, interfere with its operation, or circumvent rate limits or security controls.
- Scrape, copy, or republish Site content at scale without our prior written permission.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us, joining a beta, or registering a workspace.
- Upload or process sensitive personal data through an evaluation workspace unless you have a lawful basis and any required agreement with us to do so.
Intellectual property
The Site and platform, including text, design, logos, and software, are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any license to our product code or trademarks except as needed to use the Site and your workspace as intended.
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content as needed to provide and secure the service.
Disclaimer
The Site, beta programs, and evaluation workspaces are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Site and product content is for general information and is not professional, legal, or security advice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or an evaluation workspace. Our total liability for claims relating to the Site or self-serve evaluation access will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100) or the amount you paid us for Site-related or workspace-related services in the twelve months before the claim, whichever is greater, except where a separate written agreement specifies otherwise.
Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party sites or app stores (for example TestFlight or Google Play). We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Changes and contact
We may modify these terms or discontinue the Site or evaluation programs at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms. Questions: contact us.
